Property Management Staff

Full-time1 position
Tokyo (Takanawa)
¥3.5M - ¥4.5M annually
Experience preferred, long-term welcome

Overall management of rental properties (30-50 years old). Repair coordination, rent collection confirmation, contract renewals, payment reminders, utility billing, tenant recruitment in cooperation with real estate agents.

Requirements

  • 3+ years property management experience
  • Comfortable with complaint handling and payment reminders
  • Basic Excel/Word skills
  • Driver's license preferred

Cafe Manager

Full-time1 position
Sengakuji Station A4 Exit (1F/2F)
¥3.5M - ¥4.5M annually
Near station, high autonomy

Cafe operations manager. Hours: Weekdays 7:30-19:00, Weekends 9:00-18:00. Morning, lunch, and cafe time light meals. Prepaid system. Staff scheduling, sales management, purchasing, cooking and customer service.

Requirements

  • 5+ years restaurant experience (manager experience preferred)
  • Can handle both cooking and customer service
  • Shift and sales management experience
  • Available for early morning shifts

Hotel Front Desk Staff

Full-time6 positions (3 per location: morning/day/night)
Takanawa & Tsukiji (2 locations)
¥3M - ¥3.8M annually (+ night shift allowance)
Driver's license required, night allowance, 2 locations

Budget accommodation front desk operations. Check-in/out, facility guidance, room cleaning, laundry at coin laundry. 3-shift system with 1 person per shift. Assigned to Takanawa or Tsukiji location.

Requirements

  • Driver's license (required)
  • Customer service experience
  • Can work independently
  • Available for night shifts (for night position)

Recruitment Sales

Full-time1 position

¥4M - ¥7M annually (performance bonus)
Performance-based, high income potential

Sales activities for Myanmar talent to Japanese companies. Proposals, matching, and contract negotiations based on overseas candidate CVs. Performance-based incentives available.

  • 5+ years sales experience
  • HR industry or foreign talent experience preferred

Property Management Assistant

3-4 days/week, housewives welcome

Administrative support for property management. Document preparation, data entry, phone support, invoice processing. 3-4 days per week.

  • Administrative experience

Cafe Staff

Part-time4 positions
Sengakuji Station A4 Exit (1F/2F)
¥1,150 - ¥1,300/hour
Shift-based, students welcome

Customer service and cooking assistance at cafe. Early shift (7:00-15:00) or late shift (11:00-19:30). Morning, lunch, cafe time service, cashier, simple cooking assistance, cleaning.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience preferred (beginners OK)
  • Available for early morning or evening shifts
  • Can work 3+ days per week

Hotel Cleaning Staff

Part-time2 positions (1 per location)
Takanawa & Tsukiji (2 locations)
¥1,150 - ¥1,300/hour
Daytime work, physically fit, 2 locations

Budget accommodation cleaning and laundry assistance. Daytime room cleaning, common area cleaning, sheet laundry at coin laundry. Assigned to Takanawa or Tsukiji location.

Requirements

  • Cleaning experience preferred
  • Physically fit
  • Driver's license preferred
